The survey is conducted by IFC and the Center for Effective Dispute Resolution in London, UK. It focuses on the type of disputes that occur at the board level and what skills are required to resolve them. This will help us improve the training and guidance that we provide on resolving corporate governance disputes. This survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
